Use cPanel web hosting

Find hosting access, manage websites and email in cPanel, and understand automation limits.

Open Manage → Web hosting and select your hosting service. Review its service status, hosting access and billing details before making changes.

Websites and email

Use the offered cPanel access to manage website files, databases, email accounts, domains and supported PHP settings. Features, quotas, PHP versions and extensions depend on your selected plan and hosting node; check cPanel rather than assuming all nodes are identical.

Before changing PHP or application files, check your application's requirements and keep a restorable copy. A server-side error can come from the application, permissions, PHP version or missing extensions; report the domain, time and visible error to support without sending passwords.

DNS and Website Protection

Domain registration, DNS zones and hosting are separate resources. Confirm the domain points to the intended hosting service. An external DNS provider remains authoritative until its registrar delegation is changed. Proxy/protection settings do not replace cPanel website configuration.

Automation

The public API exposes the hosting service through generic service and billing endpoints. The CLI can inspect it with bf-api service show SERVICE_UUID; hosted MCP uses get_service, and local MCP uses bf_service_show.

There is no customer cPanel-administration endpoint in this API. Do not assume that these tools can create mailboxes, modify website files or change PHP modules. Use cPanel for those tasks. Product ordering support must be checked from the returned order options; use dashboard checkout if configuration is unsupported.
